URGENT MEDICAL APPEAL
Greetings to you all, I hope that this urgent medical appeal finds you in good health.
My name is Kwame Mahlangu and I live in South London. For the past 39 years I have been doing youth and community work amongst other jobs.
I am making this urgent medical appeal to raise approximately £10,000 to pay for my expenses to go to Ghana for herbal treatment.
I have spent four weeks in hospital, during which I had three operations and one toe amputated. This is a result of me being a Type 2 diabetic. Now they want to remove a further two toes and possibly my right foot amputated.
This would cause me great difficulties in my ability to carry out my community work and other responsibilities.
