Rebuilding after the fire

https://www.facebook.com/northstar707/posts/10211924472640079 ‌Such a disaster out in California☹️my Aunt Susan and several of my cousins lost their homes due to the raging fires that blew through Mendocino County the other night. They are grateful but devastated. I want to add that my Uncle Carl passed away last year so this family has already grieved much loss and now this... 

Surely there are plenty of kind and generous people who are willing to help these wonderful folks out!They will be rebuilding their lives for sometime...

I have fond memories from when I was little and visited the Carlson's. What beautiful property they had. I loved the rabbits, donkey (or was it a mule?), playing with my cousins and eating Susan's yummy food. I'm truly heartbroken that they literally lost everything (but their lives, Thank GOD!)

I live all the way across the US in NC and feel helpless. The least I can do is try to raise some funding for my family to rebuild their lives.

I can't even imagine how difficult it must be to start all over from scratch. I'm sure it will be a long road to recovery.
