Dr. Marah is a Pediatrician who has just moved to the Georgetown Hospital near Milton in August of 2015 from Dauphin, Manitoba where he had worked as a Pediatrician for 2 years. He was much loved by his patients and their families, well respected by his friends, colleagues, students and Residents.
Dr Muhaned Marah is 51 years old with three lovely children and his wife, who is studying to qualify in Interior Design.
On September 25th, Muhaned had a medical tragedy, a brain hemorrhage, which required admission to the ICU. If he survives, he will have a long-term disability. Having yet to receive his first paycheck, it has become apparent that his family is in a financial crisis at the time being. It is also believed that has not had the chance to join an insurance program during this period of time. The family is in a dire situation now seeing as there are no reimbursements to be had and no income for the family to continue with.
It is with heavy hearts but optimistic outlooks that we hope for Muhaned’s fast recovery. We encourage and greatly appreciate contributions of any size to help Dr. Marah and his family during these trying times.
