Help Logan Thrasher Serve in Brazil

Hi, my name is Logan Thrasher. I am a senior at Thompson High School, a part of the High School Leadership group with Church of the Highlands Alabaster campus, and a

member of the Alabaster City Teen Council. I am in my second year with the Academy of Craft Training in the metal fabrication program. I completed my first year at ACT in the HVAC program. I am a member of Mu Alpha Theta and the National Spanish Honor Society.

I have been given the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Rio, Brazil with other teens from my community. I will be participating in community outreach by partnering with Light to the Nations and Rio Dream Center. Light to the Nations is focused on church planting, humanitarian aid, and education. They have a multi-campus Dream Center, a book publishing company, and a multi-campus school. Some of the things I will be doing include leading and sharing testimonies at local school chapels, assisting with courses at the Dream Center, distributing food baskets and praying for recipients.

I am excited to have the opportunity to serve others outside of my community. I am also looking forward to the growth and character building this opportunity will provide.

My goal is to raise $3,000 by March 15th and I would be very grateful for any financial support you can offer. What I need most importantly is your prayer support. Prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be successful as we follow God's leading.
