My 28-month-baby daughter- Elif Nefes was born as severly effected baby because of severe HIE (Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy) which basically means serious brain damage due to lack of oxygen during/before delivery. 

She has got 16 different diagnoses like severe HIE, hypertonia, breathing difficulties mandating a tracheotomy, hypotnia low muscle control/tones, absent gag reflex, feeding difficulties mandating a gastronomy tube, epilepsy and seizure/posturing/stiffed, dysphagia, profound developmental delay, no tracking and head control etc.

Since we have to go to ER frequently medical bills and monthly supplies cause serious problem in our financial status. We had taken care of a significant amount of them yet we have still some part of it to pay.
