If you have ever had the divine pleasure of dining at the Noodle Hub in Tappan, NY, you have undoubtedly met the restaurant’s young, gregarious owner, Jack Sitti.  Through a combination of very hard work, terrific food and his wonderful personality, Jack and Jasmine have created a very successful business.  Sadly, their apartment was recently destroyed by a fire, and they are now staying with family members while trying to rebuild their lives and keep their business afloat.  So many people in the community have expressed a desire to assist the Sitti family.  With our assistance, they will hopefully be able to secure new housing, and continue their wonderful restaurant!
