Help Luna Fight Cancer

Hi, thank you for taking time to read our story! My name is Jaida and I’m raising funds for the medical costs for my sweet Luna who is my 8 yr old shepherd mix that I rescued 6 years ago.

Luna and I went to the vet to establish with a new one here in Arizona after our move from Florida. While we were there, I mentioned 2 bumps that I noticed recently show up on her. One on her upper abdomen and one on her head, close to her ear. While in the office they were able to do a needle aspiration to test both spots and they were positive for mast cells making them cancerous. That day we started Luna on Pepcid and Benadryl because it’s recommended to help reduce the side effects of degranulation.

I was given a lot to process and the more aggressive/quicker treatment options are of course more expensive and impossible for me to cover out of pocket on my own right now while also battling my own new health issues and constant doctors appointments. Luna has been the best dog to me and anyone she meets and she deserves a fighting chance so I would love to be able to proceed with the treatment plan the vet suggests. Any help for me and my tough girl would mean the absolute world to us ❤️
