ELCA Youth Gathering 2018 Houston

We are working to send four Messiah Lutheran youth - Samantha, Julia, Novena, and Arden and chaperone Pastor Lynne to Houston for the ELCA HS Youth Gathering .
The money raised will help cover costs to travel, registration, housing and activities.
The gathering is June 27-July 1, 2018.
There will be service and learning opportunities, powerful worship including communion during closing worship with over 30,000 people. There will be a lasting and powerful demonstration of faith and service to the people who live in Houston who have been so ravaged by the torrential rains last summer. Our young people and the accompanying chaperones will come back with a stronger, deeper faith.
Without help from friends, families, congregations, baptismal sponsors and the like the cost for this life-changing, fatih-growing experience is prohibitive.
We would be so blessed if you could make a contribution towards this endeavor.
