Hello Everyone, 

My name is Corey Matthew Bourque Jr.  I am 5 years old and was diagnosed with Autism and Chari Malformation just 24 months ago.
I had my first brain surgery 2 years ago and unfortunately I will be undergoing another surgery at Tufts Floating Hospital.
Although I have done this before, this surgery is extremely risky and is much more complicated, as there is a chance I could become paralyzed. 
This time, they will be cutting into my brain and putting a "patch" back inside to get the fluid flowing again. 
If you know me, you know I love paw patrol, going to the park, and hanging out with my mom (Melissa Hills ), dad (Corey Bourque), & my siblings: Lyn (12), Rebecca (9), Jessica (7) and Hov (7 months) THEY ARE MY ENTIRE WORLD! `
My mom and dad will unfortunately be out of work for some time after my surgery as I will be in ICU and need to be monitored very carefully. 
I very much appreciate anything and everything you are able to donate. This truly means everything to me and my family and I look forward to making a full recovery. 
I look forward to updating you on my progress!
