Lacy Gray

Lacy's husband, Jesse, collapsed and suffered a brain bleed on November 5th. He was airlifted to Loma Linda Hospital in Redlands where he has been in ICU. Since it happened, Jesse has been on a ventilator and placed under sedation.  His kidneys were bruised in the fall, yet he is too unstable for dialysis. He has also  contracted pneumonia. Currently he has been placed in a state of paralysis by his medical team.  Last week Lacy was told there was no more doctors could do and to make sure loved ones had the chance to come. The next day Jesse's kidneys began to show signs of improvement and a different doctor gave her some hope.   Jesse is fighting for his life, and Lacy is doing everything she can to be there with him for every update, every procedure, every breath. Jesse is an amazing father, husband, brother, and son.  Lacy is a beloved middle school teacher who has touched the lives of so many in our community. With your support, we can help Lacy be able to focus on Jesse and not whether or not she can afford to miss a day of work, whether she can stay in Redlands another night, etc. From the bottom of her heart, Lacy thanks everyone who has already helped in one way or another, and thanks you in advance - truly, THANK YOU.
