HELP ME BECOME A FIRST TIME HOMEOWNER

Hello, my name is Cathi/Beth. In 2017, I lost my son and suffered from severe depression. I had to move to Florida to be with my dad and step-mom, who, with their congregation's help, have taught me how to overcome extreme trauma and live peacefully with tranquility. Through a program with Seminole Housing Authority, I have an opportunity to become a first-time homeowner! Shortly after moving to Florida, we had to stay away from crowds due to the Pandemic, so I could not build my accounting clientele. Therefore, my only income has been fixed. I need to pay for an inspection, appraisal, closing costs, and $1,000 of the down payment. I recently was informed from my loan officer that I will need to pay my credit cards down to show a zero balance. This is due to my income to debt ratios.
