Adam’s Journey

Adam is 14 years old and has pulmonary hypertension which he’s been battling since he was 2 years old, sadly his health has taken a drastic turn. He is currently at the Stollery children's hospital in Edmonton AB on bypass and life support awaiting a double lung transplant with his mother Shannon by his side. Not only has this been exhausting mentally and physically but also financially as Shannon has been dealing with this on her own. It would mean the world if we could all help lighten the financial burden their family is going through at this time.
