On Wednseday November 11th, 2015, it was determined that Baby Andy James Vargas had experienced an umbilical cord accident and was without a heartbeat. After being carried for 40 weeks and 2 days, Andy was delivered naturally on Thursday November 12th ,2015 at 2:28pm weighing in at 7lbs 15oz with a length of 20 1/2 inches...a perfect baby boy just missng a heartbeat.
