Emergency Gallbladder Surgery

Hello, everyone!

My name is Dominic. After a couple of trips to the emergency room this week, I’ve just learned that I will need to have my gallbladder removed immediately.

While this may be a relatively routine procedure, the expected recovery time is about 4-6 weeks. That could be longer depending on whether the surgery can be carried out laparoscopically or not. Due to a prior abdominal surgery, my surgeon won’t know until I am on the operating table. We’re hoping for a smooth laparoscopic procedure!

That being said, I have some financial concerns in regards to medical bills and lost income moving forward.

In preparation for the surgery/recovery time, I’ve gone ahead and canceled my gigs through the month of November, with the hopes that I’ll be fully recovered by December.
