Bring Steve Home
Donation protected
Sadly and unexpectedly my oldest son, Steven, age 41, passed away April 14th, 2020. We are told the preliminary cause is a heart attack.
Steve is up in Virginia right now and we desperately want to get him home to Florida for his final resting place.
The funeral homes are working with us to try and make this happen as soon as possible. Of course, in the present atmosphere of lock-down/stay at home orders, it's a juggling act at best.
Steve leaves behind his mom, Wendy; brother Jon, sons 16 yr old Nick, and Ryan in addition to many friends and family. Steve was a kind, loving person who cared greatly for his family. He was a true friend and always tried to do his best for others.
Steve was a great chef and loved making gourmet meals for everyone. He had recently completed his business plan to open his own restaurant, which was a lifelong dream. He had chosen the name,
That Guy's. He had an amazing sense of humor and was extremely creative and imaginative which brought light and laughter to those around him. An avid movie and book buff, he could quote all the lines from his favorite movies and books. Some of his favorites included the Aliens series, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Godzilla, Marvel series and any Special Forces stories he could find. He was larger than life via his personality and actual physical size. People that were around him loved him and wanted to follow him anywhere he went. He played football at Cardinal Mooney High School and was a great defenseman. He was a personal trainer at multiple gyms in Florida and really enjoyed body building.
Wendy and Jon will handle the final expenses. Please pray for us and prayerfully consider donating to help us accomplish this transfer.
