I am a single parent of four. Sanchaz Freeman was 24 yrs old & such a lovable, kind, free hearted, humble, and a hard working young man. He was always a great son, brother, and recently new father. My son leaves behind a 8 month old daughter and many other family members he cherished. My whole life changed when I received a phone call on May 24, 2015 around 9:00p.m that my son was shot and needed to come quick. When I arrived I felt something terribly wrong in my heart. As I approached the residence all I could see was yellow tape, red, and blue lights, immediately I felt my heart stop. No one could tell me anything but that my son was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at 9:47p.m due to the gunshot wounds. How many parents are really prepared to plan a funeral for their children? I am currently not financially able to take care of any funeral arrangements at this time. I would appreciate any assistance anyone can provide big or small and it will be greatly appreciated. I thank you so much for taking time out of your day to read my story.
