I'm currently living in a state with incredibly unstable weather that is giving me severe anxiety and panic attacks because of weather PTSD that I've been struggling with for years. I need to move out ASAP, as I'm getting to a point where I fear for my life every spring/summer, and the fact that the weather here will likely become worse only frightens me more.

It's also important that I move out soon because I intend on helping my partner (who will remain anonymous for their safety) also move out of their abusive household, which has an incredibly unstable (and often bordering on dangerous) environment.

I intend on using this money to help myself buy a car (around $4k-$10k needed), and to also be able to have the funds to at least rent a house and to buy necessities. $20k is currently the bare minimum I need, but there's a very good chance that I may need more in order to prepare myself for emergencies.

It would mean a lot for me to be able to finally live a life where I can happily live with my partner in a place with much more stable weather. Thank you.
