Any little bit will help as I have already seen a portion of the Vet Bill and it's already close to $5,000! I don't have FUNDS like these to SAVE my SWEET ABBY GIRL!
Abby is at The Emergency and has been Since yesterday, we still don't know when she will be able to come home. I knew something was wrong because she wasn't her bouncy self and she was not excited to go outside and run in the cool air. After seeing her demeaner, getting her to the emergency vet was priority. After getting her to the vet we find out her potassium was low and her heart rate was extremely high at 300, she had been poisoned. But by what? She is my angel fur baby! She is my emotional support.
Abby is now stable and we figured out it was my inhaler, after I searched the house trying to figure out how she was poisoned. I really had no clue inhalers were super toxic to dogs... All I've been worried about all holiday season is no poinsettias, no raisins, no this, no that.. I've had to watch about 110% because with her being deaf she can be sneaky and go into stealth mode. Abby is still a puppy turning 2 in May, I had to do everything to make sure she would get better.
You see all these list of plants, foods, Tylenol, and artificial sweeteners. But I have never seen inhalers ON ANY LIST.
