Jamie-Lynns health care and toys for the hospital

This is Jamie-Lynn Frommelt, in November of 2021 Jamie-Lynn was diagnosed with liver disease of unknown origin. With that comes frequent trips to BC Children's Hospital, as well as some stays at Victoria General Hospital. During her most recent stay at VGH in September 2023, she learned that the toy cupboards for the child life department were empty. She made it her mission to purchase new toys for the department and in just over 3 days she raised $1,600 and had Canadian Tire Hillside match her donation of toy for toy up to $1,000 which made her total $2,600 in toy donations.
Jamie-Lynn thought of each and every toy and all ages of children who could benefit from them, she thought about kids with IV's and how they usually can only use one hand to play.
Jamie-Lynn is an amazing young woman with such a big heart, she has a mission to raise money to purchase Christmas presents for all the Children at the hospital, she also have bigger goals of building a children's hospital in Victoria, but for now we are reaching out for help to meet her fundraising goals to raise money for the Christmas presents and to help with her medical trips. Jamie-Lynn has another procedure at BC Children's in December.
