Hi,
My name is Kelly and i have just finished university.
I found out this week that i have passed all qualifications and should be graduating in July.
However, i was also told that i would not graduate and be put on the RCVS register as student finance have cancelled my tuition fees meaning i owe £6937.50 if i want to receive the certificates.
This is a real kick in the teeth as i have put my everything, mentally, physically and financially to finish this degree.
I have tried applying for loans, credit cards and absolutely anything to be able to fund it myself but i cannot do this.
It’s a catch 22 as i cannot start working as an RVN without paying the tuition fee but then i can’t pay the tuition fee without having a full time job.
I am currently dealing with student finance investigations to see what is going on but they are not giving me straight answers along with saying it can take months to look into, but i don’t have months.
i appreciate your help and for reading this far along.
i plan to use social media to campaign it, but am remaining anonymous due to an ongoing problem with an ex partner. if you message me, i’m more than happy to talk through it more and show all the screenshots of messages back and forth with university and student finance investigations team.
thanks!!
