Those of you who know us – as friends, visitors, guests or even followers on social media, and maybe as fans of our racing team – know that our dogs and their well-being is everything to us.

Those of you who just arrived here via social media or link and are not familiar with our journey and story, we welcome and invite you to read along.

For nearly 40 years we have pledged to provide the best of care to our beloved canine family as their happiness and wellness is our highest priority. To take care of them to our best ability and knowledge is the least we can do for them – they are our furry “children”, partners, teachers, co-workers on this crazy adventurous, tough and amazing life path.

It isn´t just about providing adequate food, care, activity level, etc. but for example being able to offer preventive and supportive physiotherapy to not only our athletes but especially the oldies.

To provide the healthiest and natural possible nutrition and well-researched supplements.

To offer more than the western-standard veterinary care, but integrative one, which includes herbal medicine, food energetics, LED/LLLT light therapy, Reiki-energy healing, massage, Bach Flower Therapy, Shiatsu and so much more.

We have been doing this for years, through the good and wealthy ones, and also through the really, really tough ones, where friends, family and even strangers helped to carry us through (many of you are reading this now and we send you an extra hug and gratitude).

But veterinary care in Sweden is one of the most expensive in the world, and we have found ourselves depleting our standard veterinary funds over and over again, with each emergency visit and surgery.

THE GOLDIES OLDIES AND RESCUED ONES

As we now have a group of aging dogs, retiring from their athletic careers, who deserve a special TLC in form of extra physiotherapy to keep them fit for as long as possible, with the highest quality of life possible.

Some of you may also know that some of our pack members came from different rescue efforts as we offered to help save and rehabilitate them, and who eventually found their permanent home with us. They are our beloved kids, just as those born here are.

Some of them needed specific medical care, but all needed good nourishment, and loving home without any pressure, where they could de-compress and learn to trust people, dogs and also learn healthy boundaries and pack dynamic. Some of them are still on that healing journey at this time.

THE VETERINARY FUND AND HOW YOU CAN HELP

With the responsibilities and commitments to all our dogs, the rehabilitation program for the rescued ones, the extra care for the oldies and the ever-rising costs of their health care, weather preventive, ongoing or emergency, we are focusing on building even bigger VETERINARY EMERGENCY AND SPECIAL CARE FUND.

We are going to be sharing updates and snippets from the life in our pack, especially with focus on the health care front, and updates from specific treatments, physiotherapy sessions and vet visits.
