Hi my name is Lara and I moved into a country farmhouse almost two years ago. There is a barn and working farm on the property, but there’s also barn cats! There are two in particular who have become quite fond of the house and have visited daily. While I have developed bonds with these cats, they are not mine and don’t seem to belong to anyone. I feed them and allow them in the house when they want or need shelter from the brutal winters we’ve been experiencing here in Cottage country.

Here’s the problem: both of these cats need medical care and I can not afford it, nor do I know how either would react to being removed from the property to receive it.

Kitty (the black fluffy girl) is in dire need. I believe she may have pyometra and has been ill for a few weeks.

I am asking for the funds to have these cats seen to by a veterinarian, or looking for help In seeking a vet who can come to the property for an assessment.
