Vets Around the Corner Community Veterinarian Program is a registered not for profit - delivering community veterinary care to those who are facing barriers in accessing care.

Northern Ontario is facing one of the most significant wildfire situations ever seen, with 136 currently reported wildfires, affecting thousands of people in their communities, including their pets.

Vets Around the Corner works with multiple animal rescue organization, who are deploying to northern Ontario to assist in evacuating abandoned pets, and other animals affected by the fires.

Veterinarians will be needed to assist in providing care, including medical care, treatments, food, medications and possible medical/surgical procedures.

100% of funds will go toward helping those pets receive veterinary care.

As an update - our team of volunteers is forward deployed to Thunder Bay. All funds received is going toward treating animals that are being evacuated from the fire zones.

This fundraiser is being run by William Woodstock, who is the founder and board chair of the community veterinarian program. VAC-CVP is a federally registered not for profit.
