Veteran's RV Breakdown: Urgent Help Needed

I’m Janet Walsh, retired and a Marine Corps veteran. My 40-foot diesel pusher is broke down in Temecula. I used to live here and came to visit friends. Now my Rv won’t start and I just paid $400 for a new starter and 2 solenoids from Napa. I’m tapped out til the 1st of the month and police are wanting to tow my luxury motorhome because I’ve been parked on this commercial area dead end too long. Already got a written warning.
