Veteran Must Pay Ransom to Access the Justice System

My name is Arlon T. Carroll, a proud graduate of the US Air Force Academy, Class of 2010. Until recently, I served a 15-year flying career of largely ordinary, but honorable and discipline-free service. My incredible journey of service took a sudden and unexpected turn when, precipitated by the false statements of a German woman I was in a brief relationship with from July to October 2018 while stationed with our NATO partners in Geilenkirchen, Germany, I wrongfully lost my career, retirement, and essentially everything I have built since I was 16 years old. Prior to these allegations, I had a spotless record, having served honorably in numerous combat deployments and humanitarian operations, never having received any negative reports, or facing any disciplinary actions or negative paperwork against me. I was essentially a typical US Air Force Airman in every way; hard-working, honorable, and professional. Now I am starting over with nothing.

I have an overwhelming and irrefutable body of evidence, including but not limited to photographs, documents, email, texts, social media records, eyewitness accounts, and even direct confessions, which conclusively prove that she has lied continuously for the past several years, encompassing many differing false statements and ever-increasing severity of false allegations. I added the text to the attached cover photo to demonstrate a simple but obvious example, although I have a great deal more. I simply need to present this evidence in front of a Judge. However, her lawyers have spent the past several years stalling, delaying, and obstructing the trial process and have now devised a strategic move by invoking a rare procedural rule to essentially hold the trial and access to the justice system for ransom unless I can produce a 25,000 Euro security deposit to be held by the court. This security deposit will be held in reserve and returned once I win the case, but once invoked by either party, must now be on file for the court to move forward with the trial. I have already invested my life savings to reach this point in the process, and they have invoked this rule knowing that I am not independently wealthy and due to the loss of my career, I now lack the funds to deliver this deposit, even temporarily. This legal maneuver, therefore, leaves me with the danger that the court will procedurally drop this un-losable case without ever holding a trial or considering any of the evidence against her - unless I can essentially “purchase” the trial. Her and her lawyers know this is her best chance to escape accountability, by manipulating the rules of civil procedure to prevent the case from reaching trial and ensuring that no judge ever views the evidence. I need your help to prevent this devious tactic from succeeding.

So, I am humbly asking for your help to raise the necessary funds for the security deposit, enabling the court to set a trial date and granting me the opportunity to fight for justice. Every contribution will be meticulously tracked and used solely for filing the security deposit with the German court. After we succeed in the case, anyone wishing to have their donations refunded will have their contributions returned. I only need the deposit for the duration of the trial to secure my day in court.

I have always pursued a life of integrity and service to others while serving my country (and our NATO allies around the world) with honor and the utmost professionalism. Sadly, due to her baseless allegations, I have lost everything I have worked my entire life to achieve. I possess all the evidence required; I simply require your support to secure my day in court.
