My name is Doug Harper, a Marine veteran of 9 years, and a Veteran of Viet Nam. I moved to Arizona to retire after my wife died of cancer in 2022. I put all my savings into refurbishing my house, and brought my furniture, TVs, gun collection and tools with me from Missouri. I lost everything including my boat and car. Insurance covered the mortgage, and I used the personal effects insurance to cover the contractor bills. Now a company who erected a fence at the Fire Marshall's request is demanding I pay. Also, my car, which was totaled, accumulated three months of payments until the insurance company paid. Now Cox wants payment for equipment destroyed. The total comes to just under $5000. I have used all my resources to pay, while trying to find a place to live and obtain a car. I am asking for help to pay off these remaining bills. Just $5 or $10 dollars will really help me.
