Veteran involved in a serious motorcycle accident

UPDATE: It is with sorrow, sadness, and many tears I have to inform you that our dear and wonderful friend Chuck Smith succumbed to his injuries after his motorcycle accident and Our Lord took him into his loving embrace on June 19.

Hello, our dear friend Charles "Chuck" Smith and his wife were on their way to a bike event in Durango, Colorado on Sunday, June 11, when Chuck was involved in a serious motorcycle accident about an hour north of Kayente, Arizona. He was taken by ambulance to Kayente then transported by helicopter back to Flagstaff to receive emergency care. His injuries are serious which led to the amputation of his left leg, plus many other internal injuries. He is still in critical condition and the family needs your help as the medical bills will start to add up.

Chuck is a Army Veteran, an avid motorcycle rider and fierce and loyal friend. Since his condition will not be improving anytime in the near future Teri will be unable to work and she is their main source of income.
