Veteran Grandfather Seeks Life-Saving Treatment

Hi! I am a father of four, a grandfather of 15, and a great-grandfather of 2. I am in congestive heart failure, and it negatively affects my everyday life. It's hard to walk, breathe, and do much of anything at all.
