My father, Robert Anderson, passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2024. Friends and loved ones hadn’t heard from him since evening April 10, and a wellness check was issued on April 16th, when he was found in his apartment. We are still unsure of cause of death due to pending autopsy results. My dad had no will, or life insurance to handle end of life affairs, so now it’s left to his adult children to handle expenses…

Rob was a man who loved his country, God and family, but left us early to move onto his heavenly home. He proudly served our nation in the United States Air Force, was blessed with seven children, but had many struggles in life. His struggles are now over, but now his grieving family members and friends are left with memories, but no means to honor the veteran and father with a decent burial. One of Rob’s biggest struggles was with the demons of addiction which attacked him and all those around him. When he was able to escape the grasp of this beast, we saw the true man who had a heart filled with love and compassion for others. The true Rob encouraged and helped others less fortunate and spent time daily in his Bible. The last four months of his life showed him on the path of victory over this struggle as he drew into God and relied on Devine strength - not his own. Rob was hopeful and on a path of restoration. Then God ended his earthly struggle and took him to his permanent home.
