My four cats have had worms and fleas for multiple months now, and no over-the-counter medicine is working for either problem. And one of my cats is seemingly dying from it. I desperately need to take them all to the vet, but we can't afford it. We don't have vet insurance and wouldn't be able to afford their treatments. I would really appreciate any help I can get.
