Vet needs your help to get back up and running!

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024 around 7:00 pm night, the Nygard Veterinary Clinic experienced an emergency resulting in significant property damage to the clinic. A car drove through a fence and into the front of the building causing severe damage to the front office, destroyed the lab and all lab equipment, damaged/destroyed inventory, medications, and damaged the record storage area. The phone and internet systems were also destroyed. Fortunately, no staff or patients were in the building. In addition, the four resident cats did survive this incident.

Spring is the Nygard Veterinary Clinic's busiest season, clients are calling to receive services for their pets. The clinic needs everyone's help to get back up and running as soon as possible so Dr. Cheryl Ann Nygard, DVM can meet her patients needs. They were provided a container modified to into an office, which was placed behind the building. Yet, the clinic needs to purchase medication, supplies and equipment as soon as possible to get back up and running.

We are asking for your financial help. If you can donate money to the Nygard Veterinary Clinic, any amount will be helpful. Dr. Nygard has served her community for 40 years as the local, single practitioner veterinarian. They will be "picking up the pieces" for a long period of time as they try to meet the needs of their patients during the reconstruction.

Please help and donate what you can! It will mean a real difference to a local vet, her clients and their animals.
