Help Jacks Get the Care He Needs

Hi, we’re Paris & Chris, and this is our baby Jacks. He’s only 3 months, and he’s been our best friend and constant companion.

Over the past few weeks, Jacks suddenly became very sick — he started vomiting, had diarrhea with blood, and became lethargic. We rushed him to the vet, where they did fecal tests which all came back negative. Things began to worsen after our initial vet visit, so we rushed him to urgent care. He was given medication and prebiotics to help his stomach. So far, we’ve spent almost $400 in vet bills, the vet believes he needs further testing (like bloodwork and possibly x-rays) to rule out anything serious, but right now the costs are more than we can afford on our own.

Jacks has already shown some small signs of improvement — he’s eaten a little and his stool is starting to firm up — but he still needs more care to make sure nothing life-threatening is going on. We don’t want to risk losing him simply because we can’t cover the bills.

What funds will be used for:

• Veterinary exams and rechecks

• Bloodwork and diagnostic tests

• Medication and supportive care
