Vet Bills- welcome home from your adventure Sasuke

**Sasuke Update**

So his surgeon is named Dr. Nelson and he is going to try to save Sasuke’s leg!! He basically outlined his procedure and laid out his concerns. Sasuke’s injuries occurred about the time he went missing which was over a month ago. Due to the time parts of his body has begun to heal itself incorrectly. He has a lot of scar tissue built up to try to stabilize his leg. The doctor is also concerned he might have some infection but won’t be sure until he goes into the surgery. The Doctor said he will take some bone fragments from his shoulder and inject it to the break to help speed the healing process. He also mentioned he will have to shave down the bones so that he will be able to reattach the ends back together. Sasuke was admitted into the hospital today but won’t be going into surgery till tomorrow. If everything goes well then they will keep him tomorrow night for observations and i will be able to pick him up Friday. I want to be fully transparent with the GoFundMe so that everyone knows exactly where the money is going. Just his 2 vet bills so far already comes close to the 5k goal. Any money that goes over will go towards his continued care because there are several follow up visits to the Vet after the surgery. Also i will need to have him Chipped as well. All his bedding and things were placed outside at safety shelters while he was still missing and those things need to be replaced. Sasuke’s adventure led him home to his very happy Daddy!  Happy 40th Birthday John!  There were so many people praying for this reunion.  He has a broken leg and John took him to the vet as soon as he was found and left the emergency vet this morning at 3am with news of a broken leg.  So thankful that is the only injury.  Time to nurse him up so he can cuddle in comfort with his family.
