Vet Bills to fix Harley

ALERT: DISTRESSING CONTENT

On the 23/08/21 Harley the Staffy X vanished whilst on a walk with his owner in Ipswich (QLD). He was not sighted once until yesterday when he was found in a drain on the side of the road near Chinchilla- 250 KMs away from home and almost 7 weeks after he went missing. It saddens and angers us to report that his injuries are consistent with a dog fight/dog attack. How Harley ended up left for dead in a drain on the side of the road is unknown but what we DO know is that Harley did not make it from Ipswich to Chinchilla without human intervention. We can conclude he was picked up on the day he went missing and ended up in the hands of some VERY unsavoury people. We will NOT post photos showing the extent of his injuries as they are simply too distressing. His injuries are badly infected and require ongoing veterinary care and monitoring.
