Hi my name is Kate and I have rescued a dog whose owner couldn’t afford to feed him anymore and he was posted on Facebook after a neighbour felt like he had been left in the cold for too long. I was not anticipating getting another dog but I couldn’t leave him so now I’m asking for help to pay for his treatment. I have taken him to my vets for assessment and he has numerous issues and problems we need to overcome. Considering what this boy has gone through he is the most gentle and beautiful dog, I’m absolutely beside myself with sadness and I want to do my absolute best for him.

1) his teeth are decaying and digging into his lips which have caused sores and infection. He will need to be put to sleep to have this corrected by having some teeth removed

2) he is incredible under weight and will require special food to help his gain his wait again

3) he has lots of sores on his body including some infected and needs treatment for them

4) the vets believe he may be classed under the XL bully criteria when he is full weight so he will need castrating as soon as possible, a licence applied for (£100) and liability insurance (£125)

Including all the above it’s estimated to cost around £1000. This was gorgeous boy was abused by previous owner as well and now he is in the position he is in. He needs the best care possible. Please donate what you can - I promise he will have the best life ever
