Vet bills for Nacho's end of life care.

I'm asking for help for my sister's sweet dog, Nacho. Nacho has been my sister's companion for about 3 years. They live in a small town in Alberta, Canada, and my sister is on disability. She is a dual citizen. Nacho is a senior dog and got sick recently. He quit eating. After a couple of trips to the vet and some lab work, it was determined that his kidneys are shutting down. He is going to have to be put to sleep tomorrow. The vet bills add up to over $1000. I have helped some, and I'm working directly with the vet.
