I'm asking for help for my sister's sweet dog, Nacho. Nacho has been my sister's companion for about 3 years. They live in a small town in Alberta, Canada, and my sister is on disability. She is a dual citizen. Nacho is a senior dog and got sick recently. He quit eating. After a couple of trips to the vet and some lab work, it was determined that his kidneys were shutting down. He had to be put to sleep. The vet bills add up to over $1000 canadian, which is about $720 U.S. I have helped some, and I'm working directly with the vet.
