Brando is a rescue and his situation is life threatening and need help with his medical.

Brando is a stray cat I (the beneficiary of the fund raiser Jennifer Carter ) rescued Friday May 12th the funds are being raised to pay for his vet bills. Which are included in this thread.

Brando was in pretty bad shape but is a fighter. He is very skinny and has a hard time eating. Their first vet visit was in home and they found that his canine has blown out and the hole goes all the way to his nasal cavity. He had bloodwork, urine drawn, fluids, pain meds and antibiotics for now.

The amount for todays bill May 15 was $762.92 which I paid using my credit card.

All vet services need paid at time of service the amount listed is for all funds I paid personally.

Update - Brandon hole is bigger than anticipated and unfortunately he is too fragile to go under anesthesia. So he will have supportive care for 3-4 weeks in hopes he gains weight. attached is the receipt was for his consultation and some supportive care. The rest will be done at home till he is ready for surgery

bloodwork indicates he has all three crypto blood parasites . The receipts for that test and the prescription are below. Without this medication

he will be on the prescription for a month and hopefully that will take care of his anemia and he can gain enough weight to be able to get treatment for the hole in his mouth.

Then another blood test will be done and he can potentially get a biopsy to make sure it’s not cancer and have surgery. The quote for that is below. If you would like to donate directly to the vet please call them and give them my information.

Brandoa biopsy and surgery is scheduled for June 26th. I put down a $250 deposit.

As of 5/31 we raised the amount to pay for all his previous vet bills. I updated the goal to cover his biopsy and surgery so that we have time to share and hopefully raise those funds as well. Without the generous support we would not be able to help Brando come this far. So thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
