Vet bills after dog attack

This is Gidget. She is only a year and 5 months old . She was attacked by a pitbull last week and has a giant hole in her right side. The girl who owns the pitbull is a single mother and I don't blame her or her dog, but she cannot afford to help. It was a very unfortunate accident. I cannot afford to take her to the vet but she needs one. The costs have already put me 1400 in debt. I don't want to have to give her up. Gidget is my sanity.
