Vessey Family House Fire

UPDATE: At this time all items in the house fire are a loss including their storage container and motor home. Red Cross tried to help with a voucher card for a hotel stay but the hotel won’t take it so they have been paying out of pocket. (Don’t get me started on that hotel) They will be picking up a friends camper trailer to borrow today which they will park at their property. The kids have been staying with friends through this so they can continue to go to school.

Their insurance is going to pay for them to rent a camper trailer but it is unknown when that will be done on the insurances end. Insurance will be allotting money for a new structure to be out on their land (like a mobile home) however it is not enough to pay for the whole thing so funds here will be helping to get a more permanent roof over their heads.

The family is still currently in disbelief and unsure of their immediate needs as they have to place to put anything people are offering.

They are headed in a positive direction but still many unknowns and will need funds to start completely over.

Hi, my name is Amanda and I am fundraising for my brother Drew and his family, Bree, Jordan and Bella who lost their house in a house fire. Everything burned to the ground, including their motor home.

Drew is a self made business owner and has worked hard for everything he has. Jordan and Bella are high school and middle school students. Bella is involved with horses and Jordan is involved in football, both very good kids.

Drew and Bree would give the shirt off their back to help others and now is our time to help them. Please consider donating to cover unexpected costs. They are currently being housed by Red Cross with just what they have on their backs.
