Make a Baby Gaston!
Hey guys, exciting news- Tony and I want to try to have a baby! As a lot of you know, both of us have worked very hard at changing our lives and becoming transformed. Addiction led us both to Life Recovery Ministries at The Father's House Church in Oroville, California. We both graduated the program and are now interns at the church, and we live here on campus. We got married on Sept. 8th, 2018, and life is literally the best it has ever been. We love our life in ministry! Tony is a crew leader for the Helping Hands ministry here at the church (Helping Hands has a bunch of crews that do things like lawn care and construction), and I work full time in kids ministry.
We are so grateful for the second chance we have at life! We love Jesus. Our lives are so great because of our choice to follow Him.
In order for us to have a baby, Tony will need to have a vasectomy reversal. We have to raise a total of around $3,600 for the whole procedure, which covers flights, hotel stay, and his procedure. There is a doctor in Edina, Minnesota who will do the surgery, his name is Dr. Shu. Dr. Shu has had success with men in Tony's position. We chose him because we know someone who used this doctor and had a sucsessful birth.
To schedule the appointment we will need to put down the first $950, and that will be applied to the cost of the surgery. Two weeks before the surgery the rest of payment will be due. Surgery ($2,590), flights (Approx. $700 Roundtrip for us both) and hotel stay (Approx. $78/ a night).
