Shavvy's fund for Cancer Treatment

It is with a very heavy heart, we write to you, to state that we have started the GoFundMe campaign for the treatment of our dear friend Shuvanzan Dwa who was very recently diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma Cancer. Shuvanzan was rushed into the ER on March 22nd, after he passed unconscious in his apartment in Aurora, CO. Early diagnostic reports have suggested that he has a tumor lying in pelvis, between rectum and bladder and that the metastatic cancer is in stage 4. Never in our wildest dream, had we imagined that it could happen to a 30 years old, magnificent young man who have had always adapted a very healthy lifestyle and inspired so many others in his fitness journey.  As saddening as the current circumstances may be, we vow to leave no stone unturned in the process of making him a whole again. Shuvanzan is currently being treated in Parker Adventist Hospital, Parker, Colorado.

As of April 13, Shuvanzan has undergone 12 out of 15 radiation therapy sessions. After a week of completion of radiation sessions, he will enter the aggressive Chemotherapy sessions. As of now, the doctors have not recommended the surgical removal of the tumor because of its relatively larger size. However, word is that, after the successful radiation and chemotherapy sessions – given that the tumor shrinks, the surgical removal of the tumor is in sight.

Therefore, at these trying times, we will be counting for your prayers, kindness and generosity. All donations will proceed towards his treatment. We’ll keep you posted with the status of his recovery, as we go. Thank you.
