Veronica's Medical and Funeral Fund

In October, our dear cousin, Veronica Ortega, was diagnosed with a rare and terminal cancer and is now preparing to enter hospice care. Veronica, a self-employed small business owner, does not have health insurance. On behalf of Veronica and with heartfelt sincerity, we are asking for your financial support to help pay for her medical and hospice care.

Our cousin, Veronica is well known and respected in the El Paso community as a license massage therapist of greater than twenty years and owner of The Wholesome Body, a licensed massage therapy instructor & educator, aromatherapist, Reiki Master, and Doula. In October, the same week Veronica was hospitalized for shortness of breath, which was then discovered to be due to cancer, she achieved her lifelong goal of opening her own massage therapy school, Healing Arts Institute of Texas. We are so thankful the school remains open, thanks to the generosity and loyalty of her colleagues and instructors. Everyone who knows Veronica, knows her passion about her work and clients. But anyone who knows her, knows that her work comes second to her devotion to her family as a daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin. Veronica is truly one of our family members who forms the foundation, the very core and strength of our large, extended Adauto family.

During this season of giving, we are humbly asking for your generous help in giving our cousin peace of mind by assisting in the cost of her medical and hospice care.
