Veronica's travel for treatment fund

On Feb 12, 2020, our dear friend, relative and community member was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer.  A hard working, loving, and nurturing mother of 4. Veronica has been a godsend to our community. She has dedicated many years and countless hours to the senior nutrition programs between Point Arena and Gualala, and the In home supportive services in the area. If you know Veronica personally, then you know that she is a helper, she is a giver, and she always shows up, whether the task be big or small. But the time has come now for veronica to put herself first,  which I know will be trying for her, as she is so used to doing for others.  Veronica has already begun chemotherapy treatment at Adventist Health in Ukiah with Dr. Wang. As you can imagine, it is tough news, and could not have come at a worse time. With the events transpiring all around the world from covid-19 and not much time to prepare and save. She will be traveling weekly for treatment and her expenses for traveling will be scarce. She will need to pay for lodging, food and gas weekly.  I understand as I mentioned above, that times are hard and with many being out of work due to said circumstances, so we only ask that you share the campagne with family and friends. If you can donate, we appreciate anything that we are able to raise for her in this time. If you have any advice or  a prayer, please do leave it here.
