Hi, my name is La Shari Sampson and I am raising funds for my brother Vernon Sampson's homegoing. He passed away after a long-term battle with cancer. He succumbed to his disease Friday, January 13th, 2023 at the age of 30. He was a long-time resident of Tulare CA, Tulare Western High School graduate and athlete, Fresno City College Alum and track athlete, and Fresno Pacific University attendee and track athlete.
