Vermont Ave. Halloween Fund Raiser

I am Bess, and I am a Vermont Ave. resident. Each year we file a petition with the City of Asheville to get a permit to close our street. This ensures that we can keep the many trick-or-treaters who visit us safe. This process costs money, as does hiring police officers and supporting our residents by giving them some candy to distribute.
