Verlorenes Zuhause durch Willkür von Vermieter

Hallo ihr Lieben,

mein Name ist Janosch, ich bin dreißig Jahre alt und habe durch einen herben Rückschlag mehr als 15.000 Euro, meine Selbstständigkeit und das neu aufgebaute Zuhause unserer kleinen Familie verloren.

Nachdem ich in Eigenleistung über zwei Jahre lang eine Werkstatt und einen Dachboden ausgebaut habe, wird uns der Vermieter nun auf die Straße setzen. Grund hierfür ist vermutlich, dass er die Immobilie für eine höhere Miete vermieten oder komplett verkaufen möchte. Eigentlich dachten wir, dass uns das neue Zuhause mindestens die nächsten 5-10 Jahre erhalten bleibt, da dies auch so vom Vermieter kommuniziert wurde. Leider hat sich der Vermieter aber nun als ein sehr herzloser Mensch herauskristallisiert und wir sind ab Juli wieder wohnungslos.

Da ich nun die gesamten Ausbaukosten umsonst investiert habe, dazu schwer verschuldet bin und auch meine Möglichkeit zur Selbstständigkeit vorerst weg fällt, benötigen wir Kapital, um die nötigen Umzugskosten, Rückbau- und Entsorgungskosten und die anstehende Kaution und Miete zu stemmen. Natürlich wäre es auch ein Traum, wenn ein kleiner Teil der Ausbaukosten zusammenkommt.

Dieser Rückschlag ist schwer für mich zu realisieren und hat auch sehr an meinem Vertrauen an die Menschlichkeit gerüttelt.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn dieses Vertrauen durch diese Spendenaktion wieder zurückkommt.

Ganz herzlichen Dank an jeden gespendeten Euro, der uns hoffentlich hilft wieder nach vorne zu schauen und dieses Kapitel hinter uns zu lassen.

My name is Janosch, I am thirty years old and, due to a bitter setback, I lost more than 15,000 euros, my independence and the newly built home of our small family.

After spending over two years developing a workshop and an attic on my own, the landlord is now putting us out on the street. The reason for this is probably that he wants to rent out the property for a higher rent or sell it completely. We actually thought that the new home would stay with us for at least the next 5-10 years, as the landlord communicated this. Unfortunately, the landlord has now turned out to be a very heartless person and we will be homeless again from July.

Since I have now invested the entire expansion costs for nothing, am heavily in debt and my ability to become self-employed is no longer possible for the time being, we need capital to cover the necessary moving costs, dismantling and disposal costs and the upcoming deposit and rent. Of course it would also be a dream if a small part of the expansion costs came together.

This setback is difficult for me to accept and has also shaken my trust in humanity.

I would be happy if this trust came back through this fundraising campaign.
