Verbum TV (Sri Lanka)

Verbum TV is a NON-PROFIT sharing organization which is audited by Ernest and Young. We envision through the guidance of our Almighty that Verbum TV be a driving force in building up and developing the faith among our Catholics and making a difference in themselves, their families, and the society, as well.

Verbum TV is a Catholic Channel in operation with the blessings of Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith, Archbishop of Colombo, the Bishop's Conference of Sri Lanka, and the Vatican. In 2015 Verbum TV received a letter from the Vatican informing of His Holiness’s blessings towards Verbum TV.

Verbum TV is now into its sixth year of operation with the Mission of proclaiming the Good News of Christ. Our Vision is to make Christ and His Teachings more intimate and dearer in thoughts, words, and deeds of our lay faithful. Verbum TV is viewed in around the world and having a strong viewer base in Sri Lanka.

We are now at a point where Verbum TV requires to update and replace equipment's in the studios and master control room. For this the estimated budget is around $450,000. Included in the equipment list is a 
Live Broadcast unit which will help us to stream the Holy Mass Live from any location this unit is approximately $15,000.
