It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of our mother, aunt, sister, wife, friend, Nnedinso Veronica Chukwu. She passed away on Christmas Eve after battling Stage 4 kidney metastatic cancer for two years.
She fought a good fight and was so brave, courageous and never gave up even until the end. Vera was passionate about sewing and she did a GREAT job with it. Even with the pain she was going through, she continued sewing because it gave her joy. You don't even want to know how many weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc that she saved with her sewing gift. I have never met anybody that took her clothes to Vera and did not leave happy. We all loved her because of her big smile and positive energy.
Vera left behind 3 beautiful children who are in need of our financial help. Please nothing is too small to give. The fund will be handed over to her oldest daughter Chideraa Chukwu. On behalf of her children, I want to say THANK YOU so much for your generosity. I know 2020 has not been a great year for many of us. I pray that God will bless you as you bless these children with your financial gift.
