Venus Vanglad (Abbey) diagnosed with breast cancer

Hi everyone, my family and I are asking for your help to raise funds for my mother Venus Vanglad (Abbey) who has recently been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. For those who don’t know her, Venus is a loving daughter, mother, and grandmother. She was born and raised on Long Island where she volunteered at the United Methodist Church teaching Sunday school and helping out in the thrift shop. Venus has also worked for years with the elderly and helped care for those who were unable to take care of themselves. 

Recently, our mother moved down to Daytona Beach, Florida to take care of her own elderly mother and father. Most of her time and energy has been spent providing companionship and care for parents. Now she must focus her mental, physical, and emotional resources to fighting her for her life while still providing care for them. The expenses are piling up fast because of medical bills, doctors visits, medications, and everything else that comes along with fighting this disease. The money you donate will be used to aid her with the overwhelming medical expenses and help make life easier for Venus and our grandparents while she recovers from her treatments. We’re hoping to raise enough money to take the added stress of debt off her shoulders and ease the toll her treatment and recovery will take on our family. Should there be any money left over after chemotherapy is done, Venus has resolved to donate any left-over funds to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. 

Our mother has an amazing heart and she loves nothing more than to help anyone else but herself. Our family is reaching out to you because now Venus is  the one who needs help.
