Hello, it’s Louisa. If you know me you would know schnauzers have been my whole life for all of my 28 years. I have a puppy, Venus who is 5.5 months old. A week ago she started chewing her feet and by the next day she couldn’t walk. I’ve gone to emergency vets 5 times in the past week and I’ve received diagnoses such as lumbosacral disease, lower motor neuron disease and now specialists think it’s a paralysis caused by rat lungworm. However Venus urgently needs an MRI and spinal tap to diagnose it if she is going to make a recovery. Being a dog groomer and now involved in showing, my schnauzers hold a piece of my heart. Please help me let Venus get a proper diagnosis and most importantly, treatment.
